APPLICATION 

 One tea bag pour one liter of boiling water and leave for 20 minutes. Sweeten with honey or lemon if desired. Store the finished drink in the refrigerator in a glass container for up to 5 days. It is possible to drink both hot and chilled. Drink up to three cups a day.
