Is shipping free?
Within Canada, shipping is free when your order subtotal is CA$150 or more (before shipping and taxes). The discount is applied automatically at checkout. Free shipping does not apply to orders shipped to the United States or other countries.
What does shipping cost?
- Canada: CA$12.99 for orders under CA$100 and CA$14.99 for orders from CA$100 to CA$149.99; free from CA$150. Expedited and Canada Post options may also be offered at checkout.
- United States: CA$9.95 for parcels up to 300 g and CA$12.95 for parcels over 300 g.
- Other countries: CA$30 standard international shipping. Canada Post options may also be offered at checkout.
A few items have their own shipping options. The exact shipping cost for your order is always shown at checkout before you pay, in your local currency where available. Import duties and taxes for orders shipped outside Canada are not included in the checkout total.
When will I receive my order?
Orders ship from our warehouse in Montréal, Québec, and are usually processed the same day or within 2–3 business days. Typical delivery within Canada is 3–7 business days after shipping; standard international shipping typically takes 6–10 business days. All orders ship with a tracking number.
